通快集团在上海成立亚洲备件中心，中国区备件本地供货比例得到进一步提升。

TRUMPF Group established Asia spare part hub in Shanghai. Local availability of parts further increased.

基于中国地区良好的营商和物流环境，通快集团总部于2020年决定在上海建立亚洲备件分拨中心，以缩短亚洲范围内通快备件的供给距离，提高售后服务水平。适逢中国“牛”年，在经过了约9个月的准备工作后，分拨中心如期在上海浦东新区成立并在新年首季度内完成配置首批近3000种总价值约为500万欧元的备件。

Based on the good business and logistics environment in China, TRUMPF group decided in 2020 to build up it's Asia spare part distribution hub in Shanghai, China by aiming of shortening the supply distance of spare parts to Asia customers and raising the service level. After 9 months' preparation, the hub stood up in Pu Dong new district and timing was echoed well by the Chinese "Niu" year. As planned, about 3000 material numbers with total value about 5 million EUR will is set up in the hub in the first quarter of 2021.

多年以来，通快（中国）有限公司通过持续地增加和优化本地库存以使得中国的通快用户能在大多数情况下获得快速的备件供货。截止2020年底，通快（中国）本地库存供货率已达到耗品97%和非耗品80%。而随着亚洲备件中心的成立并服务于包括通快中国用户在内的通快亚洲用户，中国范围内的本地备件供给比例将得到进一步增加。其中，尤其是原本在国内保有量不高的部分机型（如高端激光&冲切复合机；折弯机等）的相关本地备件库存水平将大幅度提升。

TRUMPF (China) has been increasing and optimizing its local spare part stock continuously for years. By the end of 2020, the local availability of TRUMPF spare parts in China has reached 97% for consumables and 80% for repair parts. This figure will be further increased after the new established Asia spare part hub starts to serve its customers in Asia where Chinese customers are big part of it. And for some machine types which did not have high local parts availability before, high end combi machines or bending machines for instance, the enhancement is more remarkable.

除了缩短供货时间以外，亚洲备件分拨中心的另一个重要作用为亚洲范围内的库存集约管理，可有效抵御日益增加的跨洲物流成本和材料成本风险。从而减轻由成本变动而导致的价格变动，并最终帮助通快设备的使用人降低其设备使用和维护成本。

Beside to shorten the supply time of parts, TRUMP Asia spare part hub possesses another important function of resisting the risk of added up raw material costs and logistic costs in cross continent operations.The cost risk resisting effect leads to stable or even lower price which benefits customers' ends.
