　　Manigley公司在1918年由Louis Manigley先生组建成立，主要生产物美价廉的工业应用螺纹切削工具。公司专业于螺旋切削工具的研究与生产，有80多年的螺旋切削工具生产的历史，在世界范围内享有极高的品牌知名度。在70年代末期，公司得到进一步的壮大；包括有现代回火技术部门、实验室、喷漆室和升降机（电梯）组装车间的新建设的工厂建设完成。后来，公司在两个工厂间建立起新的销售和存货体系，此后不久，在另外新建的工厂工业自动化建立起来。今天，公司由Manigley家庭第三代经营。

　　Manigley company is founded by Louis Manigley in 1918 with the aim of manufacturing industrially first-class,reasonably priced thread cutting tools.The company is specialized in Thread Cutting Tools for over 80 years and known throughout the world.At the end of the 70ies another extension stage follows;the new factory containing the modern tempering department,the laboratory,the spray booth and the assembly shop for elevators is completed.Later,a new sales and stock-building has been established between the existing factories and soon after the additional building of the new factory- the removal of the whole“industrial automation”department (暂不可见) the responsibility is placed under the third generarion of the foundation family.
