we are putting all our efforts into improving and increasing our country's competitive power by placing shinhan among the world's best companies. in order to meet this goal, we have focused on simultaneously developing several different areas of the company.
the foremost management goal of shinhan has always been to create a pleasant working environment in which there is harmony between labor, management, and employee welfare. we established the erp system (enterprise resource planning), which is carefully controlled by "transparent management". we induce open management and the sharing of information among all of our members and staff. we also operate a business divisions and performance bonus system in order to fairly distribute benefits and profits to our workers. the purpose of such "self-management" is to induce our members and staff to have both direct and indirect interest in the company's welfare.
