1990年公司第一厂——联青精密工业股份有限公司创建于台湾；1993年于广东东莞成立第二厂——东莞联青五金制品有限公司，1998年成为台湾最大的铰链****商之一；2002年5月第三厂——漳州优耐德工业有限公司成立并投入大规模生产。
为了确保公司每套产品的品质，公司从台湾引进了具有世界先进水平的生产﹑检测设备，并于2003年3月通过iso9001国际质量体系认证。目前公司拥有研发部﹑模具部﹑冲压厂﹑组立厂﹑热处理厂﹑电镀厂﹑品质检验检测中心﹑出口部﹑内销部﹑客户服务部。公司年产铰链量为1亿多套，产品质量已通过法国ctba﹑英国fira﹑日本jqa等权威检测机构测试,并成为欧洲著名品牌铰链oem订单制造商。
